Time flies

Time is flying and Christmas will be here before I know it. I'm struggling to finish my present knitting in enough time to ship it to the people it is for.
Finished a dishcloth that I promise my sister-in-law but now have to hurry up to finish a present for my neice, I won't finish the shawl for my brother's wife but I think she will understand. Between work being so busy that there is no time to knit , having tendonitis in my right elbow things have slowed down some. Then to top it all off I caught a wicked stomach but that knocked me flat for 4 days. Call in to work for 2 days made it for the third day then was sick again that night. Sunday was touch and go for a while but finally was feeling pretty much myself by Mon. It was so bad I even went to the dr about it thinking it may be more than just a bug. I have to do some shopping today for presents for the kids , have most of my stuff for the rest of the family, Tom and I already have our gifts (he picked out his own and couldn't wait to give me mine).
I have a few small things for the kids but want to buy a big item for each of them.
