This and that

Haven't gotten much knitting done lately. Have done a little spinning last week at my knitting group meeting. My right elbow has been giving me a lot of trouble lately so have been trying to rest it.
I am looking foward to the first weekend in June , Steph (DD) and I are going to visit a friend in Charlotte NC. My friend Patti from GA is joining us as Nancy is her aunt. Nancy and I have been talking for quite a few years and we are finally going to meet.

New Kittens

We have new babies in the house.One of the outside cats who was expecting was fanatic about coming into the house on Thursday. She the hid in the house. Steph later discovered her in a drawer of her dresser giving birth to what ended up as 6 kittens. She became very excited when she saw one of them, it was an orange cat that lloks just like the cat we just lost Sunny, Steph had been very down about this because it had been her cat.

Spring exchange

I took part in an exchange in one of the forums I visit on Delphi. I sent 3 dish clothes and some stitch makers I made and received 3 dish clothes and a felted basket. First picture is what I made and second is what I received.

Busy,Busy,Busy

It's been a while since I have posted. I have been busy, Steph had to have her wisdom teeth out . We did this over spring break. Then went down to Sue's for the day, kids spent the weekend and then we celebrated Mom's birthday. Have been busy knitting baby sweaters.I want'ed to do one for Stefanie (girl at work) and now have discovered 4 more girls who are pregnant too! So now I have 4 more things to make. I have Stef's done except for buttons, a second ready to stitch together and buttons and a third still on the needles. The first 2 are for girls the second 2 are for boys and the last one is still unknown. Once these are done I must get going on Christmas presents.
