Everything but knitting

A lot has happened in the last few weeks,but not knitting. Tom and Ejvind have taken part in two Civil War events. Tom has finally found a group that has welcomed him with open arm. He did a telegraph display at Olustee and it seemed to be a great hit and something no one else has done. Ejvind has had a blast and the other men there made it special for him.

The day Tom was leaving for Olustee while I was at work a gentleman came by with a surprise for Steph. It was the puppy that we had been promised. He is small and a bit of a pain right now as he wants to be held all the time and isn't house broken yet. He is progressing the the house breaking but we put him in a crate when there is no one home and he hates it. He will go in it on his own as long as we don't close the door he is fine.

Most of the cats don't mind him as he is smaller than they are and Pickles and some of the younger ones play with him.
